I’ve proudly called the Treasure Valley home for nearly 40 years. With deep roots in the community and over a decade of real estate experience, I guide buyers and sellers with local insight, industry knowledge, and a personal touch.
I became a licensed Idaho real estate agent in 2013 and earned my GRI, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) certifications, giving me the tools to navigate any market with confidence.
Before real estate, I spent 13 years in special education and management roles—experiences that taught me patience, communication, and the value of hard work. Today, I bring those skills to every client interaction, helping families and investors alike make smart, confident moves.
Since starting my real estate career, I’ve helped clients buy and sell over $35 million in properties, from first-time homes to investment properties. My goal is always the same: a smooth, successful experience that puts your needs first.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, camping, boating, and spending time with my husband, our four children, seven grandchildren, and two lovable labradoodles.

Rick recently joined the real estate world, bringing a fresh perspective, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. With years of experience in customer service and his previous role working in HVAC and Water Systems, Rick knows how to listen, communicate clearly, and guide people through complex decisions.
He’s excited to bring those same skills to real estate — helping buyers and sellers navigate the process with confidence, ease, and peace of mind. Working alongside Stephanie, Rick focuses on providing personalized support, practical advice, and a stress-free experience for every client.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with Stephanie, their children and grandchildren, and their two labradoodles. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him traveling, camping, or exploring the Treasure Valley with family.
